3. Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates as a courtesy. All estimates are:

• Based on a visual inspection of the property and the information you provide

• Valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing

• Subject to change if hidden damage, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work

• Not a binding contract until both parties sign a written service agreement
   

4. Services

Our services include residential roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspection, and gutter installation, cleaning, and maintenance. The specific scope of any job will be defined in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Services not listed are not offered unless agreed to in writing.
 

5. Payment

Payment terms will be set forth in your signed service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods include (check, credit card, ACH transfer). Past-due balances may be subject to a finance charge of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under North Carolina law, whichever is lower.
 

6. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are passed through to the homeowner under each manufacturer's terms.
 

7. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to your estimate, project, or account. You may also receive occasional marketing communications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Standard message and data rates may apply.
 

8. Website Use

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
